U2 – The Joshua Tree (Heavy Weight 2 x LP)

The fifth studio album from U2, first released on Island Records in March 1987 and reissued in 2017 for its 30th anniversary. This edition is a double LP pressed on 180 gram black vinyl in a gatefold sleeve, with the remastered audio spread across four sides and a 12 inch booklet of lyrics, photographs and credits.

Produced by Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois and recorded largely in Dublin, the album marked the band's fascination with America, its landscapes and its politics. It topped the charts in the UK, the US and more than twenty other countries, won the Grammy for Album of the Year in 1988, and remains U2's biggest selling record with over 25 million copies sold. It features the singles With Or Without You, I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For and Where The Streets Have No Name, the first two of which reached number one in the US.
