We ship worldwide. All orders are packed with care to ensure your records arrive in perfect condition.
Ireland & Northern Ireland Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
United Kingdom Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union Standard delivery: 7–10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of World Standard delivery: 10–21 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging All records are shipped in rigid mailers with cardboard stiffeners. LPs and box sets are double-boxed where required. We take packaging seriously — your records should arrive in the same condition they left us.
Processing Time Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Pre-orders ship on or around the stated release date.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are unable to predict or control these fees.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@inisrecords.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
