The Cranberries – To The Faithful Departed (Deluxe Remaster Vinyl)

The third studio album from The Cranberries, first released on Island Records in 1996 and reissued on vinyl in 2023 as a remastered edition. Produced by Bruce Fairbairn, it was the Limerick band's fastest charting album at the time, reaching number one in six countries and giving them their highest placing on the US Billboard 200. It has sold over six million copies worldwide.

The songwriting turns darker than on the first two records, with Dolores O'Riordan and Noel Hogan tackling war, loss and fame on songs like War Child, Bosnia and I Just Shot John Lennon. The album is dedicated to the faithful departed, among them O'Riordan's grandfather and the band's early mentor Denny Cordell. Includes the singles Salvation, Free To Decide and When You're Gone.
