The second album from Dublin indie-rock four-piece Pillow Queens, Pamela Connolly, Sarah Corcoran, Cathy McGuinness and Rachel Lyons and their first for Royal Mountain Records (Alvvays, Wild Pink, U.S. Girls). After 2020's breakout debut In Waiting earned them Guardian, NPR and NME acclaim, sold-out Irish shows and support slots with IDLES, Pussy Riot and Future Islands (plus a memorable Late Late Show with James Corden appearance), Leave the Light On widens the canvas: soft and hard, delicate and muscular, intimate and anthemic all at once.

Self-described "queer dream blues," it's a record about vulnerability, home and self-discovery, filtered through an Irish Catholic upbringing and delivered in soaring, harmony-stacked choruses. Highlights include the cathartic lead single 'Be By Your Side', the aching 'Well Kept Wife' and closer 'Try Try Try'.
