Of All Living Things - On Familiar Ground (Vinyl)

The debut EP from Dublin four-piece of all living things, formerly known as nicetry, released on Any Other City Records, the label behind early Villagers and Girl Band releases. Recorded with producer Ber Quinn at Sonic Studios in Dublin, it was written in the dregs of covid while the band were still in college, and pressed in a limited run on 12" vinyl.

Inspired by nostalgia and memories of youth, the sound leans into 90s alternative territory, all textured, watery guitars wrapped around delicate vocals, drifting somewhere between shoegaze and dream pop. 'If I Go' earned a Hot Press Track of the Day nod on release, while 'Gone' and 'Comes and Goes' set the hazy, wistful tone that carries the whole record.
