Larry - Larry (Vinyl)

The debut album from the Dundalk three-piece of Joey Edwards, Aoife Ward and David Noonan (also of Just Mustard), released April 2019 on Pizza Pizza Records. The band flew to Chicago in 2018 to record and mix it in just four days at Electrical Audio with the late Steve Albini, with mastering by his Shellac bandmate Bob Weston at Chicago Mastering Service.

That pedigree tells you plenty: nine songs of lofi alt-rock caught live and raw, all cracked pop sensibility and emotive, deadpan writing in the lineage of Sparklehorse, Pixies and Wilco.
