Lankum - Between the Earth and Sky (Vinyl)

Second album from the Dublin band, released on Rough Trade in September 2017. Recorded to two inch tape at Analogue Catalogue Studio in County Down in December 2016, it pushed their take on Irish traditional music further into drone and noise, and picked up the Choice Music Prize for Album of the Year. Includes the slow burning What Will We Do When We Have No Money and a reading of the anti-war standard Peat Bog Soldiers.
