The second album from Bray's Andrew Hozier-Byrne, and the record that proved 'Take Me to Church' was no one-off. Released in March 2019 after a near five-year wait, Wasteland, Baby! debuted at No. 1 on both the Irish Albums Chart and the US Billboard 200 a rare feat for an Irish artist and has since gone gold in the States and platinum in Canada.

Recorded between Dublin, London and Los Angeles with producers including Markus Dravs (Arcade Fire, Björk) and Rob Kirwan, it deepens the blend of soul, blues and folk that made his debut a phenomenon. The Mavis Staples duet 'Nina Cried Power' opens proceedings as a rousing tribute to protest singers, with 'Movement', 'Almost (Sweet Music)', 'Dinner & Diatribes' and live favourite 'Shrike' among the standouts; love songs for the end of the world, delivered in that unmistakable voice.
